"Good at hairdressing not so good with customer service or smiling"

The only friendly person was the receptionist. They make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by paying for them to do their job. No one makes conversation while they do your hair or cracks a smile, even the junoirs aren't miserable. The staff all congregate together and eat food. I left with a good hair style but with dye all over my head and earrings.

Like I said they are good at their job but not so good with conversation or manners.
