"No baskets again"

Was in Lisburn Road branch of Tesco this evening-- yet again no shopping baskets were available at the door.This is a regular occurance -customers have to go searching for baskets at check outs.I have previously brought this problem to the attention of duty managers and was told it would be addressed.Managers have said it was due to busy tea time shopping e.t.c.! Store certainly hasn't been overly busy on any of my visits .Surely Tesco can either purchase more baskets for this store and also have a staff member who oversees the availabity of baskets at the entrance.I also shop in the Co-op & Marks &Spencers(Lisburn Road)Sainsburys & Asda stores I have never encountered this problem in these stores.
