"Tesca Car Parking"

I im just wondering why Knocknagoney car park has changed the mother and baby are outsite the door and the disabled are miles away,i thought it should be the other way round as the mothers are quite able to walk the disabled people.I hope it will be better when all the work is completed as i will have to go to a different tesco.
