"STRESSED OUT STAFF"

I am a frequent visitor to the Knocknagoney store in Belfast which is the biggest store in the Province. Recently, the store has become even bigger due to expansion and building work took up the first 6 months of this year. The new car park is an absolute fiasco. Its one way system is illogical and confusing and is likened to being in a pinball machine! Full of dead ends and sudden oncoming traffic.
However, on visiting the store I noticed that it is the staff who gave me grounds for concern. On the day before Father's Day there did not appear to be enough staff on the Information Desk, and those staff present had attitudes bordering on rudeness. I think Tesco need to look at the stress levels of staff - take it from a professional in counselling, you will save yourselves a fortune in sick absence due to stress.
