I totally agree so much with the other reviews. i like other bridestried loads of other shops and to be honest in some i felt like i was just someone the assistant seen as pound signs, biento madame was the first shop i was made to feel welcome from even the way i was greeted at the door, they really helped in such a big way, i was confused in what would suit my shape and also i was on a low budget but that wasnt a problem for the very helpful staff,and as another bride said i even got my tiara free, so helpful in every way i would recommend every bride make it their business to visit as i said simply the best, thanks again from a very contented bride
