"PLACED ON HOLD"

A review of Halfords by Aninymous - Thursday 12th of November 2009

After contacting Halfords on Boucher Road I spent over eight minutes on hold trying to speak to the parts department.On phoning back i was again placed on hold for a further five minutes before giving up.I am a trade card holder so the benfits that i usually receive can be quite rewarding but will now endeavour to take my custom elsewhere.Obviously during the current climate Halfords are doing well enough to enable them to leave phones un-answered, or are having the wool pulled over thier eyes by staff that want the money without the work effort.Shame when plenty of hard working individuals out of work would jump at the chance.
