"Bad customer service!!!!"

A review of Cotton Print Factory Shop by Anonymous - Sunday 11th of April 2010

Yesterday we called to the cotton print shop at 4.45pm and the doors were open, no shutters down or sign stating 'closed' on display therefore we entered the shop. Only to hear a member of staff shout "what are they doing in here, get them out & lock the door!! A woman then approached us to say the shop closed at 4.45pm. The closing time is fair enough (all be it an extremely odd & early time to shut on a Saturday!)but the customer service we experienced was very poor and actually rude!! Will NOT be back.
