"No help what so ever"

This is my second sofa from dfs loved my first one so much went back for another,BIG MISTAKE,no mater what is spilt on my sofa stains,i rang for help they said that kind of matereail does stain even thou i said before i bought it was it suitabale for a family,yes no problem the fella said,my view is as long as theres a sale they dont give any after care.
