"Wait over an hour to get served!!!!"
A review of Halfords by Gary - Tuesday 24th of August 2010
Went here 3 weeks ago after doing a reserve and collect on a car stereo and organising for fitting into car. All seemed to go well until actually went to store. Not a particulary busy period at 11.30am. Waited an hour to actually get served by a member of staff, other customers building up behind me - they blamed management on it. I then was told that there was no booking for fitting of the stereo - staff hadn't recorded it in the diary. Seriously if it wasn't for the fact i travelled 20 miles to get this done for my wifes birthday, i would have walked away and purchased elsewhere - not how to run a Halfords 'SUPERSTORE'. Emailed customer services and have waited over 2 weeks now - not even an apology recieved. GO ELSEWHERE IS MY ADVICE!!!!!!
