"Ulster Bank"

I switched to a student account and Ulster Bank cancelled my current card and sent me out a credit card, which couldn't be activated for another 3 days, leaving me with no money. Once activated, I was still not able to use the card and after 10 attempted phonecalls in a row, where noone picks up, I am going to have to get a train down to Belfast to my branch and sort it out. Not impressed..
