I would like to say a very big thanks to Noreen, secretary to Mr. Dodds.

Noreen was the only person who was able to help me with problems involving the ESA.

Not only did she make phone calls she also followed up the next week and has assured me she will continue until until she gets the proper reply.

Noreen has kept me informed every step of the way.

I would recommend Noreen as a good source of help and advice.
