A review of HSBC Bank PLC by John K Lund - Monday 1st of August 2011I am trying to open a new business account with your bank.It is impossible to achieve human contact after all the completely irrelevant and repetitive questions demanded by an inhuman automatom you eventually find a human who puts you on hold and cuts you off.
