"Customer Service (depends who you get)"

In my experience I have been refused appointments, made to wait 4 weeks for the diabetic nurse, wouldnt renew my prescription etc, but on the other hand I have received the best customer service in the world, with one receptionist in particular (the canadian one) who when you phone and she answers, she smiles down the phone and cant do enough for you, I dont know her name but she is amazing. I think since they moved int the new building they have improved.
