"Service crap and food is reasonable."

When I first bought from these ages ago, they where the best. I couldn't get enough of the food, and also the quality of there service. 
 
but for the past few months there food has came down hill. basically a slop. I wouldn't even give my dog it. 
 
so I stopped buying from them. and went for some other chippy. 
 
they recently got there chippy refurbished and extended.  
and a friend told me to try them out again as there food is good again. so I went a purchased my food today, I clearly asked for 2 cheesy chip with gravys and 1 sausage. and what arrived, 2 gravy chips and a sausage. there food is reasonable (Not what they once where), but there service is crap. because I said to the guy clearly and slowly of what I wanted and he gived me something else. 
if they don't listen carefully of what the customer wants, then there going to lose customers. which now I am one of them.
