"More like a community than a school"
A review of Loughview Integrated Primary School by Anonymous - Monday 8th of January 2007
As a parent of a pupil at Loughview IPS, I must applaud the principal, teachers, governors and all those involved in the management and delivery at this school. My child has the opportunity of learning to live with and to be educated alongside children of both major faiths and those of none. No difference is made of the backgrounds of the children. They all get along so well, enjoy going to school and in fact make the whole place more of a comunity than a school. A bright, lively place in such lovely surroundings, nothing is good enough for the pupils. There is a strong sense of discipline, and learning targets are set. However the main aim is to keep the children happy, and to enjoy their learning experiences. There are also children with special needs - extremely well catered for and integrated too.
