"Rude staff"

I always use this branch, today a different woman took my prepaid package and flung it into collection bag. When I asked for proof of posting she said I should have asked for it before she threw it into the bag. Almost every week I post one of these packages, staff always politely ask if I would like a receipt. They never fling it in straight away. So annoyed and upset this morning and won't be going back..
