"Bad customer service"

I was in today asking a staff member about if they has any off the duck mask singer toys left she was veery rude and useing bad language to another member off staff and laughing and making fun off me I'm not happy about the service she gave also a manger ask her to go check the storage in office she didn't bother only gave bad attitude and made nasty faces at me not happy at all.
