"A return call from GP."

A review of Stewartstown Road Health Centre by John Auld written on Thursday 22nd of February 2024

I received a return call from the surgery one week after I rang concerning important health concerns I needed to address. As soon as I confirmed my name I was basically told that the doctor would only be addressing 2 issues per call. I asked him what if I had more than 2 important issues. He told me they were only allowed to talk about 2 issues per call. I would rather be dead than depend on this person to come to my aid in a crisis. I am a partially sighted, type 2 diabetic, I take 4 metformin,2 Gliclazide and one Jardiance per day. I have high blood pressure, (Ramipril). osteoarthritis, high cholesterol, (Simvastatin) depression, for which I take 150mgs (Sertraline) per day. I am also a recovering alcoholic who has not had a drink in almost 12 years. To say I am not happy would be an understatement..
