I arrived for my appointment this evening at 6pm...

i was offered a coffee straight away...

gina who was going to be cutting my hair was very busy and asked me if i minded getting someone else to cut my hair...or i could wait for her....i asked can she cut a good bob...gina assured me that rachel had trained under herself and there would be no problem...i had originally searched the internet to see if there was any reviews on this salon as i had driven past it a million times and always thought how brilliant it looked...a classy yet down to earth feel and if i made enough money i would book in....so id made enough money... the first review was great and i booked my cut and blow dry....rachel is very lovely and i felt like i had known her for a lifetime....im quite unconfident and she had me out of my shell as soon as she massaged the conditioner into my scalp....

i was speechless...it was great....we talked at length about something we both had in common...and before i knew it...i had been transformed from a bushy haired artist into a sleek designer....my bob is the best cut i have had...they listened to me..and what i wanted was deliverd...when i came to pay...i was stunned at the price..."bloomfield avenue" i thought..."£40-£50"...nah...£25...soul lifting
