I have been going to the chester for quite some time ,and if not always good it has at least been just below par.you know what i mean,as the saying goes you get what you pay for.Sorry to say these days you don't even get that,my recent visit with family and freinds was very very poor.The food was inedible and the staff although freindly not very helpful.We will not be back..
