I have always admired the elegance of Max Mara clothing. Unfortunately, the team in the Northern Ireland store do not endorse the brand. One would expect to encounter a civilised manner but the person who seemed to be in charge of this store lacked charm and good manners towards her clients and staff. I felt pressurised to buy and I have not experienced this in any other Max mara store and I am an international customer, frequenting their Milan boutique and also in Canada. I can only presume that Max Mara would wish to redress the situation as I feel that their management strategy in this store is fundamentally flawed..
