"RUDE STAFF & MISINFORMATION!!!"

After returning to counter with the printed information I was told to supply by Margaret she then proceeded to blame parcel force for her untrue information. Not first time I've had trouble with rude counter staff not having parcel when parcel force say it was signed for by them and do have it. It's always something with their rudeness. I hope this is one post office that closes soon!.
