"The First Trust Website is out of date and their Telephone System is woeful!"

A review of First Trust Bank by Mich written on Wednesday 26th of October 2016

I tried to contact First Trust Donegal Square North Belfast using the telephone number on their Website 02890 310909 - I listened to the dialling tone for 20 minutes, ten minutes and a further 6 minutes. No one answered.

I tried to ring the Ormeau Road branch on 0845 600 5925 only to get a voice mail saying this number was no longer in use, however it is the telephone number listed on the website for First Trust Ormeau Road.

The voice mail gave me another number which I rang and spent 7 minutes getting passed from pillar to post via several operators. I was loosing the will to live.

Eventually i hung up.after spending almost an hour trying to make a simple telephone call to First Trust Donegal Square without success.

What a shambles!.
